Online debate via Zoom Target audience: Young people (16-29 years old) Goal: Exploring the impact of AI on the future of education, career and societal ethics. Motto: “We don’t predict the future, we debate it.” Brief description: We live in an era where algorithms recommend what to read, how to write and what to think. But where does the help end and the dependency begin? The “Artificial Intelligence: Where to?” event will be an interactive environment dedicated to young people who want to express their vision, fears and ideas about coexistence with technology. It will be a space for open dialogue about what the world we will inherit will look like.
Event Schedule (Total duration: 2 hours, 3 sessions of 40 min. each)
15:00 - 15:15 | Opening and Connection. Participant login and technical verification. Intro: Welcome, dialogue rules and icebreaker
15:15 - 15:45 | Session 1: AI and School – Do we copy or evolve? Focus: ChatGPT in essays, automated homework and the transformation of education. Activity: Pros and Cons of using AI as the main learning tool.
15:45 - 16:15 | Session 2: Labor Market – Is AI stealing our jobs? Focus: Disappearing professions versus new emerging professions. Activity: Quick analysis on human skills that cannot be replaced (creativity, empathy).
16:15 - 16:45 | Session 3: Ethical Dilemmas – Deepfake and Truth
Focus: Information manipulation, Data security and loss of identity online. Activity: Interactive case study on a real scenario of disinformation through AI.
16:45 - 17:00 | Conclusions and "Take-Home Thoughts" Formulation of a "youth resolution" on the responsible use of AI. Quick feedback session and closing of the event.
