The event "Our Voice, Our Shared Future" brings together youth 16-27 years old to speak openly about their challenges. It is a safe space to combat stereotypes, share success stories, and build bridges of solidarity across cultures.
Goal: Identifying social barriers and creating real solutions for a united community.

15:00 - 15:15 | Welcome and Cultural Connection
Participant login and establishing ground rules for mutual respect.Icebreaker: Each participant describes their community in a single positive word (via Mentimeter).
15:15 - 15:45 | Session 1: Invisible Barriers – Education and Stereotypes
Focus: Access to school, ethnic or social bullying, and school dropout rates.Activity: Interactive debate: How do we transform schools into a truly welcoming space for everyone?
15:45 - 16:15 | Session 2: Jobs and Opportunities – Equal Chances in the Labor Market?Focus: Employment discrimination and lack of support for youth from vulnerable backgrounds. Activity: Panel discussion: What practical skills do young people need to succeed, and how can we support them?
16:15 - 16:45 | Session 3: Inclusion through Dialogue – Success Models
Focus: Inspirational stories of youth who overcame prejudice.Activity: Team brainstorming: Ideas for local projects organized by youth (sports, art, mentorship).
16:45 - 17:00 | The Inclusion Manifesto and Closing
Gathering key ideas into a brief digital guide of best practices. Closing remarks and the feedback.
